alll those votes of mine are going to disappear....so sad anyone anyone?!
"Mal nommer les choses, c'est accroître le malheur du monde" - Camus (thanks Davout)
"I thought you must be dead ..." he said simply. "So did I for a while," said Ford, "and then I decided I was a lemon for a couple of weeks. A kept myself amused all that time jumping in and out of a gin and tonic."
-You may not vote for yourself.
-All ‘frivolous’ votes are thrown out.
-Giving your vote to someone merely because they ask is considered a frivolous vote.
No vote changing once you have voted for someone; unless you accidentally voted for someone already in the hall.
Hopefully someone else will vote for Kaak in the next few days so this problem won't matter.

A few last-minute votes for Kramsib and DarkCloud in the Spanish and Off-Topic firmly secured their places as 3rd (elected) and 4th (not quite elected), respectively- and Ted Striker settled into 5th despite the 80 or so votes given his way.
It was a hard-fought contest- with Googlie coming out on top above Samson, but Googlie's 85 votes this term- the most ever received by a poster, set him apart in first place.
Over 204 posters received votes IN the election from: OVER 246 VOTERS! (That number shatters the old record number of voters) It was an amazing election with AMAZING turnout!
Below are the new inductees!
(and a statement by Kramsib)
--- The New Inductees
SAMSON
Quality Great Library Contribuitor for Civ II and well-known civ II strategy researcher.
KRAMSIB
His greatest works have been carried out in the Spanish Comunity. He is the "Father and Protector" of Progressive Games, an amazing tournament for civers to play without multiplayer mode.
Here is an example of a Progressive Game: http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...readid=120672. He also created a Graphics Mod and a Combat mod for Civ III and is working on developing game-model theories based on Civ III's Corruption and Value theories.
GOOGLIE
A well-known co-author of the epic Spartan Chronicles for AC, AC-fiction in general, and expert AC Diplomacy gamer, Googlie helped set up the 12-game Forum Wars series of a couple of years ago between Apolyton, ACOL and Civgaming as well as a couple of dozen individual game challenges.
His love affair with SMAC goes back to old OWO forums and the demo release days when a bunch of us hacked the HEX editor to squeeze more than the 100 turns from that old demo version.
---A note from Kramsib:
My greatest works have been carried out in the Spanish Comunity. I am the "Father and Protector" of Progressive Games, an amazing tournament for civers to play without multiplayer mode.
I have run some Progressive Games for Civ II but the lack of players forced me to close them, even when some of my collaborators and I made a great effort to translate it into English.
Secondly, I have performed some minor works for Civ III:
The KGM (Kramsib Graphic Mod): A compilation of the best graphics for Civ III (IMHO).
Unfortunately, I am not so well known as I am in the Spanish Forum due to the fact that most of my work has been performed in Spanish. But as soon as I get more spare time after finishing my studies I will put to an end this situation, and I am planning to internationalise the Progressive Games.
I hope this is enough for your requests.
This is a great honor for me and I want to acknowledge all the people which have supported me to become a member of the HoF. And all of those who have helped me with the Progressive Games. Thanks to all my collaborators and to the whole SCS.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Kramsib.

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus
