Those would be my choices as well.
Add Greece, Egypt and Spain to them, and you'd get my full list.
Least interesting would have to be Australia.

Anyways, Most interesting? Difficult to say.. so many interesting histories.. I'd say Rome. So Italy. But I just like the whole Rome thing so much, endless stories and things, it's very interesting to me. Oh yeah and lots of battles! How can you not fall in love with Rome?
Then.. Well few European countries have long and interesting histories.. I like the whole England vs France thing, and their separate histories, though I don't know TOO much about it.. I should learn more. I find them interesting as well. And Germany as well.
Finland is also interesting, it's just that none of you fools never really read about it so you don't know about it. There are interesting events.. not a lot of fighting and wars, but other things. Like .. pots and pans. And... uh.
In da butt.

What I mean is, Finnish history, it's as interesting as any other country's history. It doesn't involve a lot of meddling with other countries, so it's mostly just what happens in Finland only, inside of it. Important changes and events in Finland, concerning only Finland. But I think that's pretty interesting. But I'm not good at telling about it, my way of writing stuff can get a bit boorish, especially if it's history. Plus I could have few holes in my explanations, forget something too, so you really need to have some accomplished and good history writer and then read that.. because it's a small place, so the events are small to you, so you need to understand exactly what it's about, and why, when and how. Other histories you don't need to know so much details, because the things are so much bigger, so you are likely not to miss the whole point.
Least interesting history.. again, difficult to say.
