Yep, that just about does it.

    Can you have negative credibility?

It's not my fault that you guys have a musical hive mentality with an appreciation with rubbish that everyone tells you is great.

Think for yourselves. Listen to a Rolling Stones album now, and I dare you not to skip any songs.

          It's like torture...

They're a band that became big for their rebellious image and average music, and people started thinking it was good in their drug-f*cked state of mind.

Asher... when everyone thinks a different way than you, chances are that everyone else is correct. I know that is hard to accept, but try it. Maybe you'll find it pleasant.

who sez that the best music needs to be now? you could have put out an average CD today, but if your last 10 albums were money, that newest album doesnt mean anything. that band is still very good.

Over 25 million people bought MB20's debut album. It is easily one of the best selling albums of all time.

Think about your logic carefully before you try to use it again.

Popularity means jack sh*t in music. Sometimes a band is popular and good, sometimes it's popular and ****, sometimes its rare and good, sometimes its rare and ****.

That said, my work here is done.

I'll let Imran extoll the virtues of Country and Busted extol the virtues of Soundgarden.

So 25 million people = everyone? Asher has some interesting logic.

Popularity means jack sh*t in music.

But when you look at your Top 100 lists and the same bands start showing up near the top (Beatles, Rolling Stones, etc) that's a little more than popularity... that's a consensus. Ignoring it just makes you seem even more out of touch than you've shown so far.

It makes a bit more sense than your declaration that everyone loves The Rolling Stones.

How do I increase the difficulty on this game?

That might be something that Asher shares with Cher.

Look at their place in music history. Like I said, look at the Top 100 lists. Look at the numerous bands which have been influenced by them. Look at where they are ranked by musical historians.

So a few Top 100 lists = everyone?

More like just about every comprehensive Top 100 bands list. And yes, that can be equated to 'everyone'. The critics of today and the musical historians of today will decide how these acts are viewed in the future. The Stones are already one of the Giants of modern music and will continue to be.

Yeah, I'd go with history's prouncement as everyone.

So, if you lived in the 18th century...

Naw, I ain't gonna do it.
