I agree with Winston to a certain degree, as what he described, more or less, is what the popular media trying to portray. If you look at the cover of women rags (e.g. Cosmo), or men rags (e.g. Maxim), or for singers (e.g. Britney Spear), etc., etc.

I used to not care for asian women at all but now they are extremley attractive. Vietnamese girls PWN all other asian women.

The least attractive women to me are Euro blonde hair blue eyes girls and black women.

Also, the Chinese magazines and plethora of pop stars. They make Britney and Maxim seem conservative and educational. It's quite obvious that they have an effect on how the girls here view themselves. So many complain about being too fat, while already being toothpicks. One of my students told me that she wanted to be a model but didn't think she was tall enough. Then there's the hair dyeing and plastic surgery. There no real escaping it in developed and developing nations. Priorities change.

I don't think some guys realize how much even "natural" women are wearing. The key is to make it look like you're not wearing any. Girls who are good at it pick complementary colors and not ones that stick out by saying, "HEY LOOK AT HOW MUCH MAKEUP I HAVE ON."

I don't like extreme amounts of make up, applied in all the wrong places, to make the woman look as slutty and fake as possible, at least to my eyes.

I agree with some of Winston's points ...

Obviously, "unshapely, ridiculous-looking" breast implants aren't any good. I'm much in favour of big breasts otherwise, however.

As for make-up, I firmly believe the best make-up is the one that improves the girl's looks without you realizing she's even wearing make-up. Unfortunately, plenty of girls herearounds use very obvious make-up, that they'd be better off without. (Incidentally, I hate the pseudo-feministic idea of make-up as a way of expressing one's personality.)

I can't say I've seen any trend for tans that make girls "look like they have some incurable skin disease". I rather like dark skin, tho; tends to be more even in colour.

I couldn't care less if girls bleach their hair. What is funny is that so many dark-haired girls bleach theirs, while so many blondes colours theirs dark.

I don't much like heavily muscled bodies. Can't say I'm seeing a trend towards that either, tho.

I do like thin girls. Not outright anorectics (does anyone?), but thin.

Cosmetic surgery? I don't have a capsule opinion.

I hate tattoos.

I don't like piercings. Ear-lobes are the most acceptable ones, but I don't like them either.
