Wisconsin is really close. If Bush picks up Wisconsin, Iowa, and New Mexico, Ohio won't matter.

Not so much.

There are:

A) at least 175,000 provisional ballots
B) probably 300,000
C) as many as 600,000.

If 2/3 of them are democratic votes Kerry has A) lost, B) faint hope or C) a pretty good chance.

Of course he doesn't have a snowball's chance of hell. But it's not as if he's dragging it out for months. We don't even know the EC tally yet. Several states are still in the air.

That sounds like dragging it out to me.
