        Extremely high. We already have about as many votes as 2000, and there are tens of millions still to be counted.

        • Bush's lead is decreasing percentage wise, but he is still up more than 120,000 with less than a million votes left. Cuyahoga is more than 75% in but still will be a big factor. Warren and Clermont, both 70% Bush, are only 50% in and are fairly decent sized.

                  • Knox county in Ohio still has people voting -- the vast majority of them reportedly college students, where their polling station had technical problems.

                    They were offered paper ballots but refused them, because they thought the republicans would discard them on appeal.

                    So they still wait.
