Both candidates used those titles in negative sense. Its a clearly a hidden message. They think having Middle-Eastern background or not speaking english is in someway suspicious or even a threat to the US.

They zinged each other again on Iraq but Bush scored a nice, albeit illogical, point with Kerry failing his own "global test".
And now Kerry just nailed Bush on the assault guns issue... Man, pretty good debate... Wtf happened to Bush in the first debate? Makes me wonder if he was wired and they couldn't get their act together. Wouldn't that be ironic? The debate he got slaughtered was the one he cheated.
