I propose a 5 year waiting period for gun ownership. I think that should eliminate most problems

Another solution would be to restrict the sale of ammunition and drive up the price. And restrict the sale of equipment to manufacture ammunition. None of these things are against the 2nd ammendment.

Just don't take away the weapons I already have
