    Gentlemen, we have reached Nirvana.

The Michigan-Michigan State game was classic. A great week for college football.

        • I think Georgia has a chance at knocking off Auburn

          • Of course they have a chance... but will they? I don't think they will. Auburn will pull it out in that game.

            • Don't let JohnT hear you talk like that. Of course, it's not like Emory has a team.

                • Georgia definitely scares me, but two things ease my apprehensions. First, we have this week off to recuperate. Second, there's not a team left on our schedule that it will be hard to get motivated for. We don't have an offensive coordinator this year boneheaded enough to take the ball out of our best players' hands against a good UGA defense, either.

                  • Imran, isn't Rutgers your alma mater? I definitely have pretensions about mine. Cal is projected to be #4 in BCS rankings tomorrow.

Yes... and I don't care whether they win or lose... obviously some people do care how their alma mater does .

Well, some people can't automatically assume their alma mater will lose and be done with it.

                          • Their loss .

Alma mater rooting interest is something you can change because you hate the way your team is being run. I feel sorry for their frustrations... nah... not really .

                            • When you don't like how the program is being run, you put pressure on the University President and the AD so they fire the coach and change how the program is being run (if you are a rich alumni with a history of strong donations - see Zook, Ron).
