  • Vick was sacked 6 times...They were simply dominated by the Lions' front four.

O-line made big pushes when it counted. 3rd-down conversions and Pinner's two pushes into the end zone, one of which was wrongly ruled down.

Their recievers aren't their strength, but they are good enough to benefit from the running game and the defense.

Still, you need a QB to win the superbowl. I say Philly is the favorite this year, but Seattle is pretty close.

      • Seattle better learn not to fall asleep on defense in the 4th quarter if they want to go all the way. They had the game won... and they choked. They stopped doing everything they were doing right, and fell back into a prevent... and like most teams... died for it. Bulger ate them alive in the 4th and OT.

            • They could have been tired. The Rams ran on them a bit. If you're just a little tired and you underestimate a team you can lose the game.

Don't you know that teams like to say that their stars are more injured than they are.

There is no excuse for how they played in the 4th quarter. After shutting down the St Louis offense for 3 quarters, they just got lazy... they were laughing on the side line after St Louis's first 4th quarter touch down... It ain't over, until it's over, and maybe Seattle learned an important lesson this weekend. They better have

At least you didn't trade Eric Johnson for him like I did.

That sounds like the problem is with the coaches. They should never have let that happen.

Seattle tends to get really confident against the Rams because they match up against us so well, but we beat them last year too. There's no excuse, true.

                        • Brett Favre's brother-in-law died.

I hope he doesn't pull out another game of your life like he did last year against the Raiders when his dad died.

                          That was awesome

                            • uhhh, is anyone watching this.

Today at work I said Green Bay was a lock to win.

what the hell happened? I think last year was the last they had. Perhaps their team (esp. defense) is older than I thought.

Rebuilding time. Time to kick Favre out.

Uh, no. Is it time for them to draft a QB in the first round of the draft? Absolutely. But they don't have an Eli Manning or a Ben Roethlisberger back there, and even injured, Brett Favre still gives the Packers a better chance to win than anyone else.

You don't just kick a future Hall of Famer to the curb. The Giants did that a decade ago with Phil Simms, and they suffered the consequences.

I'm only three points short of an incredible 27-point comeback. C'mon Brown, get me some more garbage yards... (Of course, they'll probably yank him now with the game in hand, forcing me to kill Jeff Fisher...)

EDIT: Indeed, that's what he did, but I'll let him go since Franks went and caught another TD to ruin my chances anyway. Goddamn Franks...
