Well that's not exactly true, Spray. I'm sure the leaders of the Paris Commune understood communism.

Nobody is replying on this? After all the **** I hear talked on here about how the evil US has occupied the poor Iraqis and I don't see any replies on here from the liberal wackos? Aren't you going to call the bloggers a part of the vast right wing conspiracy? Or maybe they're being employed by the military and are just puppets for the US? Or maybe they just aren't intelligent enough to make their own opinions so you must make it for them?

Oh and I forgot to mention, they have forums on there you can go reply to those iraqis. Go tell them that they are wrong and you know what's best for them and that the US is just there to take their oil.

There's a broad range of political opinion in Iraq, just like in the US. Just because some guy or gal in Iraq has a computer doesn't give any specific legitimacy to their rants.

That said, there are some very fine blogs. My favorite Iraqi blogger is Abbas Kadhim and my favorite non-Iraqi blogger about Iraq is Juan Cole.

Actually those links have every opinion you can imagine on there. So shut the **** up if you aren't going to visit the link and look through the site. And I wouldn't call them rants, I would call them ordinary citizens expressing their views, whatever they may be. And alot of times those "rants" are backed up with pictures of their neighborhood. So I would say their "rants" are about as legitimate as any post on here.

                          Well, he is right Ramo.

I do like it how you and Agathon dismiss them as "rants," and "idiots."

NPR had a very nice piece on soldiers who created blogs about Iraq and the military's response.

I think there are some soldier blogs on those iraqi ones too. They link to each other. And yes Ted it would seem the liberals who constantly talk about the common man and protecting their rights are showing their true elitest attitude. Notice how this topic has gotten little to no responses. I guess it is hard for the lefties to come in here and call everyone baby killers when Iraqi's are posting their own opinions on the matter.
