They completely united the country right before a crisis of division (the application of the headscarf ban would have been quite rough if the Muslims didn't feel compelled to clearly separate themselves from the terrorists - who demanding the lift of the headscarf ban at that time).

Advanced weapons include (but aren't limited to) RPGs, mortar shells, rockets, large bombs.

Iraqi terrorists are not running around killing american soldiers and iraqi citizens with knives...

So instead of trying to eliminate war itself, they wrote a bunch of rules so rich gentlemen could continue to engage in such a noble sport, and steal form lesser countries legally.

Of course its a war crime. The oil wells are an Iraqi treasure, which Saddam has no right to destroy. This "If I'm going down, I'm going to take the whole nation with me" attitude is exactly the problem.
