They get a bit more detailed as you go on, actually. It's not exactly the same course. Earlier on, they explain the mechanics of reproduction. This year they focused mostly on STD's and how to prevent them, and ditto for pregnancy. It's a week or two long.

Just a little thing about something that someone said - pulling out DOES help, and my experience proves it. A month of doing it several times a day with a particular girl, no contraceptives at all, and nothing. Yes, I know it's horribly stupid, but I was horny

And consider yourself very lucky. Pulling out has less than 50% effectiveness IIRC. You're fortunate she isn't too fertile.

I'm not too fertile either so it seems.
She didn't take contraceptives because she had a problem with the pills (lots of girls I know have adverse reactions to them) and the reason I didn't was because I didn't have a supply of suitable rubber. Since then, I have found a store that sells what I'm looking for and I am very happy about it.
