Don't warry about me. I'll stay in smoker's team till September 1. After that I'll quit for my own personal reasons. I have to stop smoking at least for a couple of months. I've tried to quit two weeks ago, because I had a vacation (it's much easier to quit when you don't have to work). It was just a try, an experiment and I found that I really can live without sigarettes at least for a three days .
I'll quit in September, I'm sure.

Some people might try little shread o wheat cereals. My grandfather used them to quit after smoking for 30 years.
