i cant understand why people used to put people of jewish religion through so much grief. unbelievable. not that they are the exception on suffering or anything. kind of reminds me what left wingers were going through here in the '50s onward.
anyway i see your point. it would be interesting if you could check it out some way.

I could go to Armenian parish or Jewish community (it still exists). People used to go to Armenian church not only because they were Armenian, but because there was a holy icon to which all Podole region used to make pilgrimages to. Also, the fact that my grandpa settled in Armenian region doesn't mean He was Armenian - just people from Podole and Lwow settled there, and this is where Armenians used to live, so as the centre of Podole citizens, it automatically became an Armenian centre.
I could go to that parish, but I'm afraid. And He could be absent in both records.

I find that post humorous, coming from you.
Today, you are the waves of the Pacific, pushing ever eastward. You are the sequoias rising from the Sierra Nevada, defiant and enduring.

Following the pattern of regicide, fratricide, parricide etc. the proper term for somebody who commits genocide would simply be "genocide"

Given that you were implying paiktis was an antisemite you had to expect a reaction.

Well, his posts towards LOTM in the past have certainly helped help form that view of him for me.

Not having read the posts in question I can hardly comment on the truth of your assessment.

My point, however, was simply that you had to expect a reaction in saying something like that. And you got it.
