it is untill the phase is completed i guess. there's no time limit for that but logically anyone can assume when the phase is over.

3. goalkeeper saves doesnt save or gets the ball in

although i guess it would be funny if the goalkeeper panickly would start joggling with the ball on his hands and couldnt get a grip for 10 seconds. heh
but theoretically i think that would count too untill the phase is over, which means untill the goalkeeper has finished.
the reasoning for bars counting though is that the goalkeeper participates in the phase
