On stardate 52827.4, a fleet of nearly 300 breen ships attacked Earth itself, the first time in humanity`s existence that any enemy did so. After using their claoking devices to assault the Third Fleet`s outer defense perimeter at Neptune before the fleet could defend itself, the Breen turned their powerful torpedoes and disruptors on the unmanned pods of Mars Defense Perimeter an the remainder of the Third Fleet. In two-hour battle, the Breen demolished Mars Defense Periemter, destroyed 139 Starfleet vessels, and killed 32,500 Starfleet personnel. Then they proceeded to Earth. In San Francisco, the Breen ships assaulted Starfleet and Federation facilities. Their attacks shattered and toppled the Golden Gate Bridge, reduced large parts of Starfleet Academy and Starfleet Command`s headquartes to smolding rubble, and razed Federation Hall. Breen tectonic weapons activated the region`s earthquake faults, causing devastation throughout the Pacific coast, In Paris the Breen attacked the offices of the Federation president and related Federation facilities. They compeltely destroyed Empyrean House (though President Rosarev escaped). They also obliterated otehr noted landmarks, auch as Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumphe. Their attacks on New York and Beijing were simply strikes against large population centers. Wings of fighters flew over both cities in methodical patterns, carpet-bombing them.
In all, the Breen attack killed 22 million people across the face of the Earth. The damage to Earth`s infrastructure was equally great: nearly 75 percent of planet`s population was without pwoer and other amenities.

Any stats from that guide about the damage done to Cardassia Prime? The only stat I'm aware of was Garek mentioning 800 million killed and counting.

Well, the Founder leader ordered the Jem'hadar to level Cardassia Prime when she got word Cardassian forces had sided with the Federation and as such she knew her forces were now outnumbered and outgunned (remember: the Prophets aka the Wormhole aliens were convinced by Sisco to block passage of any Dominion ships into the Alpha Quadrant). The Dominion wanted to take planets, not obliterate them. This was a final act of spite and nothing more.
