I feel it is VERY important to see life through the unfiltered lens of reality. It's one thing to read about evil in the newspaper or to listen to Faux News anchors sqwauk their heads off about evil on TV...it's a whole other realm of understanding the issue when you see it with your own eyes.

I wouldn't recommend viewing such graphic material for most people, but I wouldn't discourage them from it either. If you'd never seen the mangled corpses of Nazi prisoners in places like Dacow or Nueremburgh (f*ck the spelling), would words have had the same effect on your understanding of what happened?

When faced with the option to view such things, be smart about it. Know that what you are about to see is horrific. Know that what you are about to see will enrage/horrify/disgust you. Know that what you are about to see might forever alter your views.
