So when do we see Bean as Odysseus in The Odyssey?
It depends on if we they do the story of the Golden Apple in the intro.

If by Electra you mean the charatecter from Daredevil, then yes, a movie is being made IIRC. If you mean from Greek myths....probably not.

so we see the promo awhile back, QOTM says - hey that looks just like that game you used to play (she was thinking of Age of Empires)

Of course I never had THAT many triremes.

              I confidently predict a travesty.

Frankly "O Brother Where art Thou" is the best take on Homer I've seen in a while (and not because it's a take on Homer, it's just a fun film).

OBWAT has an excellent soundtrack too. It's one of the few I've bought and I listen to it all the time.

Gotta love that old time music.

Cool. Something I can agree with Agathon about.

edit: about OBWAT, I mean. I'm not so sure about Troy. And, though I'm sure this will open me up to abuse on this site, I've always thought that Pitt was a decent actor. As opposed to Bloom, who seems to just be a pretty boy. I mean, Legolas didn't require acting skill.

I don't think it will be that terrible. I am sure the battle scenes will be nice, and a lot of the actors are OK, so the blight of the central character being held by Pitt shold not sink the whole.

But it is very important that the god NOT be included in any overt way-that would be silly.

                            STOP!

There is just too much agreement with Agathon going on right now!

This is unbalancing the dynamics of the Poly Universe, and it must stop. Quick!
