  • 9 Americans dead including 4 brutally burned alive and hung!

Just when you think things are quietening down and a corner is being turned, something like this happens...

3 British troops injured as well...

Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

Only one of the four people killed in Fallujah was an American.
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

I have no clue why anyone would think a corner has been turned.

This will continue as long as foreigns try to directly control Iraq.

Apparently the news report on TV just a few minutes said they all were...

Not that it matters what nationality they are, as if they were Iraqis it would be just as tragic - not that we tend to hear about those ones...

We must stay the course in Iraq and help the country get off its feet. Sadly, things like this will happen because people hate what America stands for.

Typical leftist crap. Profiting off deaths again.

                People who mutilate corpses.

People who kill Iraqi civilians in large numbers.

People who kill Iraqis working to reconstruct their country.

People who kill foreigners working to reconstruct Iraq, especially foreigners from NGO's and from the UN.

People who blow up the infrastructure needed to improve life in Iraq.

All four contractors were from the US, so MOBIUS was correct.

Fallujah certainly seems the most stridently anti-American town in the triangle.

I think the key to this is how the average Iraqi citizens feels about things, and not what we think about it. Right or wrong, what matters is how they percieve it. Average citizen naturally, rebels and resistance is not something to deal with appeasing.

there seems to have been a snowball effect there - it started as more anti-american than most - this in turn led to harsher tactics, and thus more anti-Americanism. at the same time outsiders - both other Iraqis and foreigners - recognize its anti-american, and so people - again both Iraqis and foreigners - who want to kill Americans flock there.

No he's not. Look at the situation as a whole, Iraqi civilians are getting killed too.
