This is a rather one-sided thread here; I think I'll play devil's advocate...

Uh...as soon as I figure out how. Have these people even considered how exactly they're going to enforce this law? Anyway, this is a great tragedy for both of the gay Americans who want to live in Dayton, Tennessee.

Wouldn't such a ruling be blatantly against the laws and the constitution of your country?

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

e county that was the site of the Scopes "Monkey Trial" over the teaching of evolution is asking lawmakers to amend state law so the county can charge homosexuals with crimes against nature.
And how have they proved that being gay is "against" nature?

That we should all love Him. It is my interpretation, but I guess he requires every male to be Gay then.

Your country? You mean how in the Soviet Union they not only didn't allow people they didn't like to not live in certain backwater counties, but forced them into Gulags in the arctic north?

By following standard procedure and disregarding all actual evidence. Same shtick that they used to turn their nose on evolution.

For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions -- indifference, inaction, and decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. - Bobby Kennedy (Mindless Menance of Violence)
