So, even though the basic mechanisms outlined by Darwin can be seen--abundantly--in all manner of life stretching back hundreds of millions of years, just because we don't know specifically if it was that way at the very beginning, that casts doubt on it?Originally posted by The Andy-Man
there are some very good arguments against drawin, I beleive the main one being that we can only trace life on earth back so far (to a certain multi/sngle cell organism) but cannot find its ancestor.
I'm not sure how that qualifies as a "good" argument. This is akin to Creationist arguments against the evolution of man that rely on us not having every single bit of fossil evidence linking every variation of species together as somehow being proof that evolution isn't true. Ever heard of scientific inference?Tutto nel mondo è burla

That's not a problem with evolution though.Originally posted by The Andy-Man

Finding fossils is tough, especially so when the organisms had no hard parts.(\__/) 07/07/1937 - Never forget

Spiced meat, fish or vegetables. Typically cooked in ghee (clarified butter) and featuring spices such as chilli, cumin, tumeric, cardamon and garam masala.Originally posted by loinburger

Usually served with rice or breads, and with spiced vegetables. Curry restaurants invariably do tandooris and tikkas too- marinated meats.
Mild curries feature cooking in yoghurt or cream and include Kormas and Pasandas.
Medium curries include Bhunas, Rogan Josh, Dupiaza, Dhansak, Rezala and Achar.
Hot curries include Madras and Jalfrezi.
Very hot curries include Vindaloo.
Stupidly hot curries include Tindaloo and Phal.
Not like a Taco at all, really. Definitely worth trying. The genesis of the "evil Finn" concept- Evil, evil Finland
