While IP addresses can sometimes prove things, they can never really be used as proof to "disprove" something.

There are a lot of factors we look at that help determine if somebody might be a DL... but anybody with half a brain can usually get around those. What surprises me is when somebody actually falls for one of the normal things and we catch them
