I think most Greeks are on the same wave as French and Germans, by wanting Europe to go further integrated. I am not aware that Greece is France's or Germany's *****. At the contrary, I remember there were auite a few quibbles between these countries, and the Greeks are always a pain for the Franco-German plans regarding Turkey.

At least, seeing our yank "friends" *****ing and whining tells me, that we must have done something right.

Which side are we on? We're on the side of the demons, Chief. We are evil men in the gardens of paradise, sent by the forces of death to spread devastation and destruction wherever we go. I'm surprised you didn't know that. --Saul Tigh

It is true, however, that France is often highly regarded in the Balkans (well, at least in Romania where my family hails from, and seemingly in Greece too)

France in general has a good reputation among the people of Europe and the world, except for the British and for the Iberics.
So don't be surprised if you see someone appreciating France. Not everyone is an American.

I wonder if we quit EU, would there be anglo-saxon medieval guy on pantyhose claiming us be their kingdom? I mean, with those pantyhose on, we will surely surrender.

                Statistical anomaly.

It's called The Netherlands (in English, so you can make your own Greek translation), not some bastardisation of Holland. Ollandia

I didn't know that Portuguese people doesn't like you

                              j/k.

Spain people's attitude towards france has two differents sides: for one side, many people says that French people is arrogant (some others says that only people from Paris is arrogant ), but on the other side, there is truly admiration for France culture and French was the language studied in Spanish schools until aprox. 30 years ago.

But today France is one of our biggest economocial patners and I praise the way France is helping Spain against ETA
