    Well if thats the case, then you'd be correct at France being about at fertility or slightly above. But I haven't seen those numbers.

                        Ghengis is a man of style. His style is oriented toward anti-French bad jokes, but this one is not the worse he ever commited; quite original, for once, and containing a kind of recognition of the analytical abilities of the French in general, and the French newborns in particular.
