Outsourcing IT is generally a bad idea for large organisations. I know of some sections of the Australian government (which will remain nameless) which are literally over a barrel as a result of outsourcing their IT. Every time they need to change something, they have to hand over a large wad of cash to (equally nameless) large American computing companies, even when the Australian government does all the actual programming itself!'Arguing with anonymous strangers on the internet is a sucker's game because they almost always turn out to be - or to be indistinguishable from - self-righteous sixteen year olds possessing infinite amounts of free time.'

Sorry, my question wasn't clear. Most companies, even very small ones, have a rudimentary IT support staff to provide technical and user support for employees. So my question is, what corporate users would use Dell's support?

That's true. That seems to be the only case, though.(\__/) 07/07/1937 - Never forget
