I would definately take my computer. Leave the monitor- that's not a bid deal. Stuff on my hard drive is irreplacable
But I have backup up some of my music and porn (yes I admit it
) on CD's 
. I may get a DVD burner eventually. Even better storage. In that case you can just take up your backed up CD's/DVD's.
Take your titles and other legal documents. Take your social security card. Take your info. related to any mortgage you may have. Contracts and anything of the sort.
Porno magazines and videos.
other DVD's
sentimental objects
couches
chairs
microwave
bed- you need to sleep on something.

Weather forcasters are saying that the prevailing winds will not die down untill around 5pm on Tuesday. The winds will blow west-south-west from around 20 - 30 mph until the jet stream heads south and cools us down. I'd say I'm safe here until at least tomorrow. The ash is starting to pile up, the sky is still dark, my friend, who lost his house in the 1991 Oakland hills fire, had his uncle lose his house today. Talk about bad luck.
