Last I heard, there is a busline run by and for Chinese immigrants and residents that links the chinatowns of NY, Phillie and Washington DC, which costs $20. If this is true and I could make it on, I might contemplate going (I have other aquaintances in DC I could always also see).If you don't like reality, change it! me
