It's actually really easy Japanese, as it's all katakana with no kanji. Find a guide to the Japanese phonetic syllabarys online and you could figure it out in a couple minutes.

All katakana, except for the hiragana "no" at the end of the first line. All the words are English loan words as well, so if you figure out the pronunciation you should have it figured out.

That's what I see on the Japanese computers at work with the Shift-JIS encoding turned on. My computer exports Japanese text in Unicode, so you have to switch your browser to that if you want to read it.
