  • American soldiers kill tiger in Baghdad

    Nice going yanks

Apparently a group of American soldiers were having a party in Baghdad Zoo. One soldier thought it would be fun to feed the tiger, but he got a little too close to the cage, and it bit one of his fingers off, and then proceeded to chew on his arm.
The soldier's comrades then shot the tiger.

Maybe you yanks should start realizing that now you are only guests in Iraq.

STUPID way to kill one of the worlds most endangered animals!!

So it is clear now that the war was about killing tigers!

It must have been a real yankee. A southern boy wouldn't have done that. He would have turned him loose and went hunting
Which side are we on? We're on the side of the demons, Chief. We are evil men in the gardens of paradise, sent by the forces of death to spread devastation and destruction wherever we go. I'm surprised you didn't know that. --Saul Tigh

                Maybe the tiger had oil.

It takes a tiger to feed a tiger.

Or maybe we could just feed the tiger a white doggie.

Nice one, Oerdin. But to tell you the truth, I was all for the war. And no, I didn't believe that it was about oil.

But I do wish that the U.S. in Iraq would behave like guests, more than conquerors.

They invited us? I thought we went in with our army and, well, conquered them.

From what I understand the tiger already had lunch. Too bad her last was fast food.

Yup, and you ousted their government. But I believe that Bush specifically said that the U.S. has no quarrel with the Iraqi people. Only with their former regime, and the ones that support(ed) it. So why alienate the rest??

But they killed a "tiger" which, last time I looked, was not synomonous (sp!) with "people."

I wish those dictionary people would stick with their definitions.
