Silly, silly Walmart. I can understand it's 'moral' image as their own choice, but since they're the only supermarket in many places in America, it becomes a frightening control of access to information.

Edit: We have a store like that in the UK, the Newsagents W.H.Smiths. Large, almost city-centre monopolistic, that doesn't sell certain DVD's and censors CD's. Me and my friends have boycotted them, for little obvious benefit.

I managed to find some photos of the "Women of Starbucks" shoot, and they're not wearing Starbucks uniforms, but it's close:

Yes, Playboy does airbrush all of their girls to perfection. Perfect 10 is much better because they don't airbrush anything and what you see is what you get though you won't get Playboy's sometimes witty articles.

Still, there's no point to pay for porn since it's free over the internet.

not what you mean by that.

They managed to get around our cities ban on them opening superstores.

Our grocery store cashier's union faught long and hard against walmart opening superstores (that also have food/groceries) because walmart is not union.

In the end. walmart won out

WalMart is one of the most anti-union companies around. If union literature is noticed in a store they immediately fly out a union busting expert. The only time WalMart workers successfully unionized (they were some workers in the meat division of one of those superstores) the division that got unionized was immediately shut down. From what I'd heard, WalMart would rather shut down a store then put up with a union.
