It's based on a lot more than that..well our policy is based on the fact that if a vote was held tomorrow, the yes camp wouldn't stand a chance. so blair will wait until it looks like he just might have a hope of winning it and then we'll finally get a chance to vote. ain't our democracy greatwww.my-piano.blogspot

The politics and economics are linked. The politics aren't right at the moment and neither are the economics. That the government is signalling its intent to take the economic issues seriously by delaying a referendum now, they add credibility to when the time comes that the economic conditions are more favourable to joining.the decision is a political, not an economic one.
When the economics are right, it will become a lot easier to persuade people to vote yes.www.my-piano.blogspot
