Is there actually a neutral news network? BBC is slightly conservative, same as ITV, channel 4 is liberal (incidentally the most intellectual in the UK
). Not sure about American ones?

Do you know why MSNBC cancelled Donahue? It was their top-rated show, but they were afraid it would become a center for anti-war reporting (or so says the leaked memo). NBC, which is owned by GE, doesn't want to be seen as anti-war (especially being owned by a weapon's producer). Since all of the news channels basically tried to be just like Fox, they killed themselves with the viewers who don't want to watch Fox.
If there was just one solidly liberal news channel, an anti-Fox, i.e., liberal and accurate,
it would probably do quite well.
