Oerdin, you are mistaken. I have also talked to recruiters, and did a major research on this issue maybe a year ago or something like that. You have some kind of deal with Philippines, allowing them to join I believe. There are a short list of countries, like co-operation that makes this possible. This could be the case with Canada too, but it's not the case with us.

I don't know if they do..
. But I saw a list of countries that US has special programs, that allows 'trade'. I'm not sure if Philippines was in that list. So I don't have any facts for you either..
