Both parties would love to see a no vote on the recall - that's why Issa had to throw his own money into it so much - the state party DOESN'T SUPPORT A RECALL. <-- Period. It's like a barroom door, it swings both ways.

Yup, Kansas is strongly Republican and we can't get the legislature to allow initiatives/referendums. They don't want the little people voting on stuff except for elections where the 2 parties have a stranglehold due to the voter sentiment that the other guy will get in if I don't vote for my crooks.
