Hey Horsie, that guy on the right looks like he's about to blow a gasket.

I was doing massive amounts of hiking in Arches and Canyonlands national parks. Mostly in Canyonlands. That park is cool because it isn't crowded at all. You can hike some of those trails and not see anyone else for hours. I was doing a lot of rock scrambling.
Cool, another polytoner who has seen the wonders of SE Utah.

The guy on the right? Army jacket? That's me you dork. You fall asleep in your clothes next to that fire and see how you look in the morning. Had a nice sound sleep though. Nothing better than sleeping on the ground.

If you mean the guy in the blue jacket, he quietly drank most of a bottle of rum the night before. We only became aware of this when he impressed us later in the evening with some Olympic standard projectile vomiting.

        Can anyone spot the dachsund?

There's no such thing as a 'dachsund,' unless you're some rich a55hole who's got a bioengineering firm at his disposal.

Is that a dachsund in his lap, or is he just happy to see you?
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

That's one of them, Nikki, he brought 2 along. The other one was Johnie.

Various plots were hatched to kill them. They were yapping at everything that moved during the night.

We made the owner sleep in the trailer cos we weren't having those dogs in the shed with us.

After the vomiting episode the dogs were licking it up and we encouraged the dogs to go and give their owner a big kiss, which made us feel better

                    • yes these were taken in the spring when there was still snow up there. There is no snow in July, August, September, and early October. But the top has snow the rest of the year. This is Mt. Charleston area btw.

Oh you don't want to go there, the ones in California and Alaska are foothills to the Canadian Rockies.

                              • We're done playing, victory has been obtained.

And I'm sure your mountains are biggest of them all.
