Oh, so women are inanimate objects that have no right to control their own bodies?
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

So you know for a fact what happened, eh.

No, Che....that's not what he's saying, and you know it's not.

But there's a fundamental problem with the "instant response" thing, and I've already pointed out what it is. Per your interpretation, the man is automatically guilty of the crime the moment the woman withdraws consent (even if he stops....still too late, per your definition...still rape).

I don't know about some of you all but with all the grunting and yelling and other things, is no really gonna register with some people. This is not an exam taking place in a quiet place. I guess a third party will have to get involved to be a refferee.

I agree with the general sentiment that this is a silly law.

because hetero sexual men are evil...

I think I had a thread if a woman can rape a man.

I don't think it can be done.

Man, think about it though. (Then again, they couldn't find a guy who wouldn't consent unless it was a really old fatass rapist...)

The correct goal of the womens' rights movement is for women to gain equality, not power. This is a step towards power--any sexual act could possibly be rape if the ***** plays her cards right.

                            Woman pride / power
                            Woman equality

Is it not that which was designated by the Romans under *coïtus interruptus*, and largely misinterpreted till now as a practice aiming to reduce the birthrate?

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

Sure could, Mitchell....hell, as it stands now, all a woman has to do is SAY she's going to cry rape (proof or not...doesn't matter) and the lawyers start circling and salivating in pavlovian style...good rape case with lots of publicity...that's the kinna thing that can launch a career...
