Russian army have its own problems, but one thing I can tell you for sure: if Spain will be ever populated by millions of such dumbas$es as you are and if those dumba$$es will ever decide to attack Russia, because they will be absolutely sure (like you're absolutely sure about this now) that Russian military is crap, we will destroy them.
                      World already saw such dumbas$es who thought that Russian army is weak and who invaded Russia- Karl XII, Napoleon, Hitler, etc. They paid very big price for their arrogance. The same will be with any other arrogant busters.
