That's it Fez, I'm sick of your obsession with calling people fools and wrong for no stated reason...I'd like to say this:
You can be against Bush, but (maestro, drumroll if you please................)

      NOT A COMMUNIST!!!
WAKE UP, FEZ! NOT EVERYONE IS OUT TO GET YOU, OR CAPITALISM! THEY JUST DON'T LIKE THE DECISIONS BUSH OR HIS BAND OF RELIGIOUS FUNDIES HAVE MADE AS A POLITICIANS!!!!! COMPRENDE? UNDERSTAND? PANIMAYISH? MEVIN? COMPREND?
"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."--General Sir Charles James Napier

For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. Geez, I can't believe some people here compare me to Fez.

            No offense, Fez.

I had mixed emotions about invading Iraq, I wasn't concerned with Saddam trying to attack us since he isn't that stupid, but I'm quite happy Iraqis will now have a chance to set up a system that doesn't rely on a brutal dictatorship. But I don't like being lied to, and that is what Bush and his cronies have been doing for months. Nor do I like how so many Democrats and Republicans happily condone lying when it's their people doing the lying.

I made a mistake in my thinking though, I was sure the Iraqis would be glad to get rid of Saddam, but for whatever reason, they don't seem to be helping much at all. Maybe we don't see what is happening behind the scenes, but I don't see Iraqis helping to fight Saddam's loyalists. I know they have reason to be afraid, but this is getting pathetic. They can't expect the US to do everything for them, they have to make a commitment and become allies in their future, not sit back and wait for the US to hand them their country...

It's because the Iraqis hate the americans.

The Iraqis would have been happier if someone like Russia freed them.

The war was a mistake. I can't see why the conservatives can't admit to it.

                    Actually those conspiracies are retarded.

                    And you are retarded too.

Yeah, the Afghanis can testify to that!

No it was necessary. I can't see why the liberals can't admit their completely wrong.

Ok, lets look at this from an American perspective.

The reason for the invasion/liberation of Iraq was that it posed a threat to the USA. Right?

Now we see that there was no threat and that the country was invaded to scr*w the French and Germans for their oil contracts.

So basically, the US troops are dying in Iraq because of the big oil companies that sponsor GWBush.

                        So thats capitalism for you...

afghans? errm first of all that was the Soviet Union. They no longer exist now. Russia is a lot nicer than the USSR . Plus the USSR wasn't exactly freeing the afghans from anything.

Try to counter him with facts and this thread will be 20 pages long in no time. After that the threadstarter will come and weep how you and fez have ****ed up his thread.

Diss, actually AFAIK the soviets were performing a sort of "regime change". The said they wanted to help freeing the afgan people from evil capitalism and fundamentalism and to give them better life with communism
