As for Liberia, The US will be only a small part of that mission, if what they are talking about, comes true, that is, a large West African force with some small US support.

What do I want? The admin. to pour tens of billions into Iraq, to allow competative bidding by international comapnies to rebuild the country: to get of the high horse and state openly we can;t do it alone and ask the internaitonal community for help.
