to some extend yes , radio and channel licence , money for public broadcasts , etc , ......

but there is a huge differnce between a tv , thats only for watching tv as its right now , and a comp , if the gov is in control we gona see something that aint good , instead of advance we shall go backwards , .....

a gov should not be in control of your comp or whats in it to start with , .....

paying your tv tax aint a breach of freedom or privacy , the system of tv tax aint that bad since the money goes back into the funding and support of it , ....

you cant do this with a comp , lets say you want an old comp with an old program , but the gov says no , ....

if you dont like whats on tv , you get either a dish or switch the channel , .....

dont bring them on ideas , the EU has since yesterday a tax on all goods that are sold true the net , ......

they should not tax anything anymore , they get a tax from it , thats normal , you pay tax on your isp and telephone bill , but no special tax or and extra , no way , ......

aldo we may not complain , sales tax in the EU is a min of 21% , ..... and then we complain , .....

But the problem is the same that with software/illegal music. They can not disconnect me from TV. And the second aspect that a lot of people simly dont need Israeli chanels just because they watch only English, Russian or Arabic chanels.

Each new tax leads to the new methods of avoiding paying it. For example, you give private math lessons to school students. Officially you must pay tax, but nobody pays.
