Russian news says otherwise, but I wouldn't argue about this, because I know what you think about our news.
One thing I know for sure. We have a large German community here in my home city. After the fall of SU a lot of "Russian Germans" emigrated to Germany, now a lot of them returned. About this I'm ABSOLUTELY sure.

Three Tu-95MS bombers and six Tu-160 airplanes had already arrived at Engels since October 1999 in fulfilment of the intergovernmental agreements. And where the hell did you get this 8 number? Even your own article have different numbers.
Last time I heard our long-range aviation currently have 16 fully operational Tu-160. Not to mention Tu-95 and other models.
Israelis long-range aviation do not exist.
          Have a nice day.

          • From hundreds of people I know in the Russian immigrant community, I know 5 families that immigrated, and noone of them went back to Russia. most of them went because of job offers that waited for them.

In fact, he ever held a summit with the Polish president on one of the warships during the maneuvers.

Ships of Kirov class are the largest warships in service on this planet. Only a moron who can mess battlecruiser and an aircraft carrier can mess Pyotr Veliky with something else.

Well, well, well, there could be only two opportunities:
                    1) It's not true.
                    2) You're revealing some info that you shouldn't reveal. Or perhaps it's ok for US navy serviceman to reveal information which he obtain during his work?

                        • ROFL @ Israelis returning to Russia.

Some bussinessmen with contacts and money return there to make even more money, and that's about it.

There are people that return pretty quickly to Russia, but I can bet that 95% of them werent Jews in the first place.

                            • If 90 non-Jews and 10 Jews return every year while 35,000 come, it's definetely not "A lot of Jews returned to Russia already and they still returning".

And btw, do you really have such great in/out migration ratio?
