Even worse. A dirty immigrant who thinks he's better than everyone else.

CSUN isn't a half assed school. I heard it was pretty good from my sister who has done a lot of research in that area.
By definition, if it's in the CSU system it's half-assed. Manage to get a 2.0 in community college and get guaranteed admission into a CSU school.

The real schools are the UC system and the private unis.

Umm... I am not going to get a half assed education. I admit most CSU schools are like that. But this one is in a good area and is actually pretty good. My sister has done plenty of research in this area, so I will assure you this one is fine. There are others she told me about that weren't any good. Like the inner city ones in L.A.

And **** no, my dad is kinda short on money right now so I can't go to a UC school or private one. And my grades are not good enough either.

So you're not only a dirty immigrant who thinks he's better than everyone else, you're an underperforming slacker too? OK, then, you'll be right at home in the CSU system.

Too bad I can't insult a moderator. But MtG, you truly are stuck up. And aren't you Mexican? I am not underperforming.. my GPA was about a 3.1 in 12th grade.. not bad at all, but not great.

I don't know... if I was an Spanish-whatever and I was doing work for the US government which, for whatever reason, necessitated that I had to declare that I live in any particular state, I think I would've had the friggin' sense to check out tax rates of the various states.

In short: 6 states have no income taxes. Cali isn't one of them. Duh.

Or did you actually live in Cali, Fez?

                Sure you can.

Stuck up - tell that to any employer or grad school, and ask them if they consider an undergrad degree from UCLA, Cal Poly, USC, etc. to be the same value as a degree from a CSU school. The only places where it's the same is those employers who don't give a damn if you bought a diploma-mill degree from the University of Phoenix, as long as you have a piece of paper.

The admission standards in the UC system are across-the-board higher than those standards in the CSU system, and the curricula are tougher as well.

3.1 in high school and going to a CSU school means you're nearly SOL if you intend to go for real grad school, although I suppose you can always go for an MBA at a CSU school, or try for something like Cal-Weewee. (Cal. Western school of law) Whatever floats your boat, but to a lot of employers, there's a big difference in value, and employers can cherry-pick graduates.

How the **** should I know what my dad is paying? I don't look at his tax reports. Those were probably federal taxes... well I don't know.. I really don't.. i'll have to speak with him. But all I know is he told me is paying enough taxes as it is.

But there is one thing you better know before you say something retarded about me.. I am a California resident and I have lived in San Diego for three years before.

                  So stop the bull****ing.

I am aiming for a BA degree in Political Science (well that is my current intention right now and I maintain that)... and then work for the government. State Department or Defense Department.. I don't know..

Or who knows.. I might end up working for these guys:

Chill out and grow up. I (and apparently many, many others) was just confused about the various stories of your past. First you're an Argentinian (sp?), then your a Spaniard, but you apparently reside (or don't) in California.

Given that nobody here can keep the story straight, I think the bull****ter is... well, not me.

Btw, does your father pay CA state taxes (as you claimed) or doesn't he (as you claimed you didn't know)?

First, I never claimed I was Argentinian, which is nonsense made up by a few deluded people here. I was very well born in Madrid. Secondly, when working overseas as my dad is doing for the US government you have to claim residency for some state. He did so for California.

This is rather simple isn't it? I don't see what is so ****ing complicated.

I will have to ask him so I get this right.

Well, if you're going to go for government work, no problem. Breathing pretty much qualifies you to get in, and continuing to breathe for a long time qualifies for you for promotion.

Then Clinton, via his lawyers, should have objected to the line of questioning and refused to answer until the matter of those objections was addressed on in law and motion and then on appeal. That's standard deposition procedure, although usually nobody bothers with addressing the objections in law and motion, because you move forward with other discovery and then trial.

Clinton was a lawyer, so he knew this. (and it wasn't the state, it was private civil litigation) Once he chose to answer, the issue of whether the line of questioning was proper became moot, which Clinton as a lawyer also knew. Once he chose to answer, he was under oath, so he was obligated both as a matter of law, and as a matter of professional ethics as an admitted attorney, to clearly and truthfully answer those questions he was asked.
And he shouldnt have even been on trial anyways. And the whole impeachment process was a gross missuse of legislative power.

At most, he could argue that the necessities of discharging the duty of office required delay of the trial.

Being elected doesn't grant an immunity from civil or criminal prosecution for wrongdoing prior to election. The simple thing is if Clinton hadn't been so quick to unzip and chase every piece of trailer trash he could find (remember Gennifer Flowers? ), the issue would never have dropped in the lap of his political enemies.

Impeachment (and trial), by definition, can not be a misuse of legislative power, because it is a power explicitly reserved to the House (and Senate). It was Clinton's fault for being so arrogant and inept as to give his political enemies the opportunity.

Impeachment as defined by a myriad of legal documents is when the president abuses his power, to not do his duty as sworn during the swearing in ceremony, or commits high treason. To unzip your fly is not to do any of that. That is why it makes the procedure a misues of power.

Prosecute him for molestation, but dont impeach him for having a mistress. Because thats illegal.
