      No, California is ****ty. I'd perfer my section of Georgia to California anyday .

        I'd prefer California to Georgia - the people I've met from California have typically been less ditzy and light headed.

                                You wouldn't believe how many don't. Then again, the differences between the North and South per racism only ended less than 50 years ago (segregation.)
