Do Plastic Bertrand count? Otherwise I think I've only got "Sukiyaki" by Kuy Sakomoto (not the real title, I know) and "Surfing Bird" by The Trashmen on record I think.

The Trashmen are from my hometown. I met one of them once at a garage sale. There, that's the closest I've ever come to fame.

"I only remember one Modern English song, Life in a Northern Town, which I still love."

You idjit!!! Dream Factory did Life In a Northern Town... modern english did "I Melt With You"...

I am the king of one-hit wonders from the eighties - I guarantee it. I have practically all the songs mentioned, plus ones you've never even thought of.
"mono has crazy flow and can rhyme words that shouldn't, like Eminem"

"get contacts, get a haircut, get better clothes, and lose some weight"

Chumbawumba - I get knocked down
That's the first song that came to mind, alva.

              Boris - good effort, man.

D'oh! Monolith94, I humbly bow down before your superior knowledge and confess that I richly deserve the title of Big Fat Idiot for that mistake. My only defense is that I have "Hubba hubba zoot zoot / Hayba heeba zut zut / A num num" stuck in my head.

                  Opus: Life is live

As an Austrian you still get to hear it.
Just like Falco - Amadeus (I guess internationally he was a one hit wonder, maybe you know the Komissar too)
"The world is too small in Vorarlberg". Austrian ex-vice-chancellor Hubert Gorbach in a letter to Alistar [sic] Darling, looking for a job...
"Let me break this down for you, fresh from algebra II. A 95% chance to win 5 times means a (95*5) chance to win = 475% chance to win." Wiglaf, Court jester or hayseed, you judge.

That song was subject to the weirdest cover I've ever heard in my life. It was done by a Yugoslav band called, IIRC, Laibach, which as near as I could tell was a neo-Nazi outfit of some stripe. They turned a bouncy, meaningless pop tune into a sturm und drang lament for the lost Reich. Verrry interestink...but shtupid.

Hm anyone know that kind of new song I dont know actor or Title of. It has the Nightrider theme in it and later some orient kind of music (turkey or siminlar comes to mind) and its something you would expect from prodigy.

I suppose it is a one-hit-wonder too. Since I cant remember the group which made it.
If its no fun why do it? Dance like noone is watching...

most likely you mean Punjabi MC. time will tell if they will stay successful or we´ll have another one hit wonder.

Laibach totally rules. they also have completely covered the Beatles album Let It Be and Queens One Vision.
