I tend to read a variety of news sources to get the facts. Just because my opinion would be more likely to agree with the Guardian spin doesn't mean I won't see what the Torygraph has to say about it etc. The BBC is relatively good at giving both sides, although some reports/reporters are better than others.

Can't you bash the Guardian instead, Bodd's ? AT least there will be something to rant about
I fail to see BBC's bias when I go to their website for news."I have been reading up on the universe and have come to the conclusion that the universe is a good thing." -- Dissident
"I never had the need to have a boner." -- Dissident
"I have never cut off my penis when I was upset over a girl." -- Dis

Actually, the BBC is biased to the left, although it isn't radical mostly. One of the biggest beefs that I have with the BBC is that what they report can be too easily manipulated. They get caught up in the propaganda of interest groups, which sometimes makes it look like a second rate news outlet.I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

I would say the BBC is left of centre but no stupidly so.
People like Polly Toynbee who used to be socail affairs editor were very left wing but even she was only slightly biased when doing reports for the news.Space is big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind- bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to space.
