Given that I live in NYC, I will post neighborhood pics:

Local Park: Once Fort Washington, site of the Rebels worst defeat, renemaed for the last British Givernor of New York:

Looking at the George Washington Bridge:

                  Northern Manhattan:

The reason tourist come up this way: the Cloisters. Parts of three different monestaries in Europe make up this building, which houses a small part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Medeival collection:

                  Another cloisters shot:

Trajanus: no this is not Tel Aviv. this is Ashdod, some 40 (?) kms to the south. It also has great developement potential, since it's on a flat plain near the sea. ( unlike my city ).

                      I live in Ashdod.

Tel Aviv is an ugly, brown, unplanned, crowded city.

Ashdod is a beautiful, white and blue, spacious city.

                          We continue!

My street, 187th. I live further east from this:

The street I live on is called Overlook, and this photo shows you why (taken from the next street over, Bennet)

                          Local Subway entrance:

A local playground outside the Park:

                          The main shopping street, 181st:

Tallest natural point in Manhattan! (the guy, not me is standing on it). [ sorry to say, I took none of these pics...

A local Synagoge (the neigborhood has a large Jewish precense, also increasingly a Russian one..)
