I'd stack Tiger's athleticism against most baseball, football, basketball, soccer and hockey players. I never said he was a gymnist. But if you don't think the others are athletes, then I'll agree with you.
Pro golfers are asked to play 36 holes a day on many occasions.

Thet did one on some of the men players too. It just shows that people like Azazel have no fricking clue what they're talking about. Yes I could post pictures of family reunion basketball games with fat uncle Jack, but that wouldn't mean that basketball players aren't athletes.

Now bowlers
But now even some of them are getting considerably more athletic.

Golf is a game, not a sport. Golfers aren't athletes. But one can be a golfer and an athlete. The two are very different.
36 holes... aw... it must be tough when you have caddies carrying your equipment and golf carts to drive you around...
rah... I could kick Tiger's ass in the following events: any sort of race, any sort of weight lifting challenege, hockey, baseball, football, la-cross, rugby, and maybe even soccer. I wouldn't say basketball because he's black and I'm a terrible shot.

That's my point though. The younger breed of golfers are now both and it shows in their performance.
And I think Tiger would kick your ass in most of those events that you listed. Fortunate for you, it can't be proved how much hot air you just expended.
Start a poll.

Actually, I can fault the logic here. While the LPGA is the "Ladies" Professional Golf Association, the PGA is NOT the "Mens" Professional Golf Association. It is simply for GOLF professionals, and nowhere is there a clauss in their charter that says male only... Granted, it also didn't say WHITE only, and they enforced that for a long time... but that changed... so can this. If a women can make it through Q School, there is no rule on the PGA's books that wouldn't allow her to play.

Ming, are you saying that any golfer who is capable of not finishing last should be granted admission?
I never said that... I only said it proves she can play at that level. Many players never WIN a PGA tournament in their entire career... yet they are on the PGA tour.
And I think Tiger would kick your ass in most of those events that you listed.
oh please... he might have a chance at an endurance race... that's about it. I tried out and made the Chicago Freeze's hockey team. I didn't end up playing because it would have required too much traveling and it wasn't where I wanted my life go. I could have played Junior B hockey, and if I were determined enough, at least made it to the AHL.
