I find the government's role in your case completely pathetic. Although being only 13 I have had no experiences with the justice system, from what I have read and heard here and in other places it seems to me that the biggest problem with American justice (I don't know about other countries but I bet in many it is similar) is probably the fact that very few prosecutors actually do their job of trying to convict those who are guilty, and instead try to convict ANYONE that could be remotely suspected of a crime.Comment

Take the court appointed lawyer. If he sucks balls, ask for another one. Keep on asking for new ones and clog up the entire system. Then you should also slap the state with an injunction (dont quite know what they means, but do it anyways,) countersue, claim the state prosecutor is racist, and file a complaint against illegal practice.
I'd make a good lawyer.
