I've done a quick search on Loud Medicine, and his last posts date back to the January HoF. I have no idea of who this guy is, and I don't remember having seen anyone voting for him this month.
Maybe he just wanted attention ?

All I remember was the whole vote trading thingy, and come to think of it, i think thats why i voted for zylka, trip and ixnay. They werent trading votes with other ppl and one of them was complaining to me about it.:-pComment

Myself, I went from lurking to posting in the civ2 forums to hanging out in OT and making the occasional posts in the Community forum to get to Emperor
Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
